About the Role
- We are looking for an Associate Account Manager who can take ownership of client

onboarding, relationship management, complex CRM setups, and account growth.
- You will work closely with the Account Manager to ensure clients are onboarded correctly,

workflows are configured as per their business processes, and accounts continue to deliver
value after implementation.
- This role is ideal for someone who understands CRM operations, enjoys solving workflow

and integration challenges, and is comfortable working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own client onboarding — understand business requirements and ensure accounts are set up
correctly.
2. Maintain client relationships — act as a reliable point of contact and understand evolving
client requirements.
3. Configure complex workflows — build and manage workflows,



automations, custom actions,
and lead-assignment processes.
4. Handle technical requirements — work with APIs, webhooks, custom integrations, and other
technical configurations.
5. Drive upselling and cross-selling — identify opportunities to introduce relevant telecrm
features and solutions.
6. Work closely with the Account Manager — support account setup, implementation, issue
resolution, adoption, and client retention.
7. Ensure client retention — monitor account health, proactively address challenges, and ensure
clients continue to derive value from telecrm.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or product-related requirements
efficiently.
9. Document and understand client processes so CRM workflows accurately reflect their sales
and operational requirements.

Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar Account Management, Customer Success, CRM, SaaS, or implement
