Ltd., is expanding its preschool network across India, and we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager – Franchise Sales to be part of that growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with entrepreneurs and investors, negotiating deals, and taking opportunities from the first conversation through to franchise onboarding. You'll work closely with our leadership, marketing and operations teams to identify new markets, develop prospective franchise partners and help establish current Cambridge Montessori centres across the country. What you'll be doing: Identify and qualify prospective preschool franchise partners and business opportunities.



Manage the complete franchise sales cycle — from initial enquiry and consultation to negotiation, closure and onboarding. Conduct compelling franchise presentations, business meetings and investment discussions. Understand prospective partners' requirements and guide them through the Cambridge Montessori franchise opportunity. Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, investors and education professionals . Develop and execute strategies for expansion into new cities and markets. Work towards monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets. Coordinate with our marketing, operations and academic teams as new franchise partners come onboard. Maintain an organised sales pipeline and accurate CRM records. Represent Cambridge Montessori at exhibitions, conferences, seminars and networking events where required.
