nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a high-energy, proactive and execution-focused professional to work closely with the Founder and gain first-hand exposure to how a growing business is built. This is not a routine coordination role — you will work across functions, drive important initiatives, follow up on key priorities, and ensure that ideas discussed at the leadership level are translated into action.
nResponsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder on business priorities, projects and special initiativesn
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing and other teams to drive executionn
- Track key action items, deadlines and deliverables, and ensure timely closuren
- Prepare MIS, presentations, reports, meeting briefs and MOMs for management reviewn




- Conduct business, market and competitor research and present actionable insightsn
- Coordinate Founder-level meetings with clients, partners, consultants and internal stakeholdersn
- Identify gaps, delays and bottlenecks, and proactively flag them to the Foundern
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretionn
- Take ownership of special projects from planning to executionn

nRequirements

- n
- 2–3 years of experience in Founder's Office, CEO Office, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Strategy, Project Management or a similar rolen
- Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skillsn
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skillsn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingn
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetn
- Curious, dependable, quick to learn, and gets things donen
