We are now looking for a GTM Associate who can help us execute and improve GTM campaigns for our clients while also contributing towards Growleads' own growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales conversations, experimenting with outreach strategies, working with modern GTM tools, and taking ownership of outcomes.

You will work directly with the leadership team and get exposure to how B2B companies build their sales engines.

The Role

As a GTM Associate, you will help execute end-to-end sales and growth activities.

You will work across:





* Client outbound campaigns
* Growleads' own sales pipeline
* Lead research and qualification
* LinkedIn and email outreach
* CRM management
* Sales conversations and proposal coordination
* GTM systems and automation

This is a hands-on role. You will not just manage tasks; you will understand how leads move from first touch to closed revenue.

What You'll Do

1. Outbound GTM Execution

* Execute LinkedIn outbound campaigns for Growleads and clients
* Manage prospect conversations and reply handling
* Support cold email campaigns and monitor campaign performance
* Research ideal customer profiles (ICP) and identify relevant prospects
* Build and maintain prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo

2. Sales & Lead Conversion

* Qualify inbound and outbound leads
* Understand prospect requirements and identify opportunities
* Schedule and coordinate sales calls
