Key Responsibilities
SEN & Inclusion Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the school's SEN / Learning Support and inclusion practices.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Promote an inclusive, secure, respectful, and student-centered learning environment.
- Support the implementation of inclusive education practices across PYP, MYP, and DP.
- Contribute to the development and review of school policies and procedures related to inclusion and learning support.
- Promote awareness of learning differences and inclusive practices across the school community.

Student Identification & Learning Support
- Support the identification and assessment of students who may require additional learning support.
- Review educational,



psychological, behavioral, and specialist assessment reports where available.
- Develop and oversee Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), support plans, and accommodation plans .
- Monitor student progress and review support strategies based on student needs and learning outcomes.
- Work with teachers to identify appropriate interventions, accommodations, and classroom strategies.
- Maintain appropriate records of student support and progress.

Teacher Collaboration & Classroom Support
- Work closely with classroom and subject teachers to support differentiated and inclusive instruction.
- Guide teachers in adapting learning materials, classroom activities, assessments, and teaching approaches.
- Promote Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and differentiated learning practices.
- Provide practical strategies for supporting students with learning difficulties, attention
