nAbout the Role
nQ TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and responsible Administrative Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative, facility, security, and support operations. The ideal candidate should have robust coordination, vendor management, people management, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and efficient workplace operations.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. General Administration

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities.n
- Ensure smooth functioning of office, factory, warehouse, and other facilities.n
- Maintain administrative records, registers, and documentation.n
- Coordinate with management and different departments for operational requirements.n
- Handle administrative issues and resolve them in a timely manner.n

n2. Inward / Outward & Outpass Management

- n
- Manage Input / Output (Inward & Outward) materials and documentation.n




- Maintain material movement records and registers.n
- Monitor employee, visitor, material, and asset outpass procedures.n
- Coordinate with security and concerned departments for material movement.n
- Ensure proper authorization for all inward and outward movements.n

n3. Security Management

- Supervise security personnel and security-related activities.n
- Manage visitor entry and exit procedures.n
- Monitor security registers, access control, and material movement.n
- Coordinate with security agencies and ensure proper deployment of security staff.n
- Handle security-related incidents and escalate critical matters to management.n

n4. Food & Transport Management

- Coordinate employee food/canteen requirements.n
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, vendor performance, and timely service.n
- Manage employee transportation and transport vendors.n
