Job Description – Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – BPS Services

Preferred Experience
 Experience working with Domestic BPO/BPS/BPM, Retail and E-commerce clients will be an added advantage.
 Exposure to enterprise clients and large-scale outsourcing engagements preferred.
 Strong understanding of industry trends and BPS transformation initiatives.

Position Overview
Looking for a seasoned sales qualified to drive growth for our Business Process Services (BPS) portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong experiencein selling BPS/BPO/BPM solutions, including Back Office Outsourcing, Customer ExperienceManagement (CXM), Contact Center, and Omnichannel CX solutions.
The role requires a strong combination of hunting and farming capabilities — acquiring new
enterprise clients while expanding relationships and wallet share with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
 Drive end-to-end sales for BPS/BPO/BPM, Back Office Outsourcing, CXM, Contact
Center, and Omnichannel CX offerings.




 Build and manage sales pipeline through new client acquisition and strategic
account expansion.
 Identify, engage, and close opportunities with enterprise customers across
industries.
 Develop strong relationships with CXOs, business heads, and key decision-makers.
 Own the complete sales cycle including lead generation, solution positioning,
RFP/RFI management, negotiations, and closure.
 Work closely with delivery, solution, and operations teams to create customized
customer solutions.
 Drive account mining and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer
relationships.
 Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
 Track market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging opportunities in the BPS
industry.
Candidate Profile / Skills Required
 Minimum 10+ years of relevant sales experience in BPS/BPO/BPM/Managed
Services/CXM/Contact Center solutions.
