With projects across 10+ states and 50+ completed projects, we are expanding our footprint and building a strong pipeline of infrastructure opportunities across India.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Infrastructure who can identify, develop and convert new infrastructure opportunities while building strong relationships across the ecosystem.

What You'll Do

* Identify and develop new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction and EPC.
* Build relationships with government departments, PSUs, EPC contractors, consultants, developers and institutional client.
* Track upcoming infrastructure projects, tenders, RFPs and procurement opportunities.




* Manage opportunities from initial identification through proposal, negotiation and closure.
* Coordinate with engineering, estimation, project and leadership teams on technical and commercial proposals.
* Participate in client meetings, pre-bid meetings, industry events and stakeholder discussions.
* Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable business opportunities.
* Manage the BD pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.
* Explore new infrastructure segments, geographies and strategic accounts.
* Support tender/bid management, documentation, submissions and follow-ups.
* Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
* Represent Ginfra across Hyderabad, Delhi NCR and other markets as required.
