CA Dropout / Graduate Skilled – Direct Tax

About the Role
We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant/CA Dropout or Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves supporting clients across taxation, accounting, compliance, international transactions, and advisory assignments .
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting, compliances and Income Tax, along with strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in managing and delivering multiple client assignments within timelines.
- Support clients in the preparation and finalization of accounts and cash flow statements .
- Prepare dashboards and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist with various tax and statutory compliances .
- Research domestic tax laws, international tax treaties and regulatory requirements .




- Assist in determining tax implications on international transactions and support client advisory.
- Draft and review tax memos, opinions, presentations, letters and other documents .
- Assist in preparing documents to be submitted before courts and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Tax and Advisory teams for smooth execution of assignments.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements
- Semi-Qualified CA/ CA Dropout who does not intend to pursue CA further OR Graduate with 3+ years of experience .
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, Financial Statements and Cash Flow Statements .
- Basic understanding of Income Tax laws will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Direct Tax / International Tax / Tax Compliance will be preferred.
