nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for energetic and target-driven sales professionals to join our Real Estate Sales team. The role involves handling company-provided leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property visits, and closing sales.

nWork ScheduleTraining Period (First 7 Days)
n⏰ 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
n

nRegular Work Model (3+2)
nWednesday to Friday (Office Days)
nVasanth Nagar Office
n• Calling and qualifying leads
n• CRM updates and follow-ups
n• Scheduling site visits
nSaturday & Sunday (Site Visit Days)
nProject Sites
n• Conduct property tours
n• Meet clients face-to-face
n• Negotiate and close deals
nMonday & Tuesday
n✅ Fixed Weekly Off
n

nKey Responsibilities
n• Handle and convert company-generated leads
n• Understand customer budgets and property requirements




n• Maintain CRM and sales records accurately
n• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects
n• Arrange and manage property site visits
n• Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits
n• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
n• Build strong relationships with customers

nEligibility Criteria
n✔ MBA (Mandatory)
n✔ 6 Months to 6 Years of Sales Experience
n✔ Freshers are NOT eligible
n✔ Currently employed or employment gap should not exceed 90 days
n✔ Solid English & Hindi communication skills
n✔ Kannada speaking candidates preferred
n✔ Comfortable with field sales and weekend site visits
n✔ Age up to 28 years preferred
n✔ Immediate joiners / Notice period candidates preferred
