nRenB Digital is looking for an experienced Zoho Projects Configuration Specialist to configure, customize, and optimize Zoho Projects according to our business processes and project management requirements.

nKey Responsibilities

- Configure Zoho Projects dashboards, workflows, project templates, and task management .n
- Create user-friendly dropdowns, filters, categories, statuses, and predefined options to simplify data entry.n
- Customize dashboards and views based on departments, roles, and hierarchy .n
- Configure user roles, permissions, and workflows .n
- Set up basic automation to improve process efficiency.n
- Create reports and dashboards for easy project and performance tracking .n
- Understand business requirements and convert them into practical Zoho Projects configurations.n




- Test and optimize the system based on employee feedbackn

nRequirements

- Hands-on experience with Zoho Projects configuration and customization .n
- Experience with dashboards, workflows, project templates, custom fields, and reports.n
- Strong understanding of user-friendly project management systems .n
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to work independently in a remote freelance role .n
