Role Overview
Pinkvilla - a Flipkart Group Company, is looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Platform Monetization to lead and scale monetization across Pinkvilla’s social media and video ecosystem.
The role will be responsible for maximizing revenue from Pinkvilla’s social and video audience through advertising, original IPs, sponsorship, and other innovative commercial opportunities.




The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital media monetization, social/video revenue and commercial strategy, with a proven ability to convert audience, content and digital IPs into scalable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monetization Strategy
- Develop and own the overall monetization strategy across Pinkvilla’s social and video ecosystem.
- Identify new and scalable revenue opportunities across social platforms and video channels.
- Develop annual and quarterly monetization plans and revenue targets.
- Identify emerging monetization formats, platforms and commercial models.
- Balance revenue generation with audience experience and content quality.

2. Social & Video Monetization
- Drive monetization across: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and other relevant social and video platforms
