- CA qualification with 14+ years of relevant experience .n
- Strong experience in listed companies / stock exchange–driven environments .n
- Proven expertise in managing marketplace and offline/office business operations .n
- Strong understanding of financial planning, business finance, compliance, governance, and reporting.n
- Experience in handling a stable and scaled business workplace with strong commercial acumen.n
- Leadership experience managing finance teams and working closely with senior management.n
