Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Vadodara, Gujarat India , with the flexibility for some work from home. As a Technical Service Manager, you will oversee technical support operations, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across our product range like Online Fiber optic system,



Online Dissolved gas analyzer and online Bushing monitoring system. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing service delivery, providing technical training to internal teams and clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of service requests. You will also support the enhancement of our service strategies and contribute to maintaining the high standards of our solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Services, including knowledge of electrical asset monitoring systems and energy sector technologies.
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and prevent technical issues effectively.
- Experience into Online Condition Monitoring Products, such as online Dissolved Gas Analyzer, Online Bushing Monitoring, Online Fiber optic temperature monitoring system etc
- Robust Customer Service skills with the ability to handle client inqu
