- Experience: 2–4 years of dedicated social media managementn
- Joining: Immediate (0–15 days notice preferred)n
- Compensation: ₹25,000–30,000/month, based on experiencen
- Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturdayn
- Location: In-studio, Malviya Nagar, Jaipurn

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Own social strategy, content pillars and monthly calendars for 4–6 client accountsn
- Plan, write and schedule posts on Instagram, YouTube (Shorts + long-form) and LinkedIn using native schedulers or Buffer/Hootsuite/Latern
- Write platform-specific copy: hooks, captions, CTAs, hashtag sets and YouTube titles,



descriptions and tags (basic YouTube SEO)n
- Brief the creative and production teams with reference decks, shot lists, hook scripts and format specs (aspect ratio, duration, safe zones)n
- Track KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement rate, saves, shares, watch time, average view duration, retention, CTR, profile visits and follower growthn
- Build monthly performance reports in Google Sheets or Looker Studio, with month-on-month comparisons and next stepsn
- Run A/B tests on hooks, thumbnails, posting times and formats, and write down what you learnn
- Handle community management (comments and DMs) within set response times and keep brand voice consistentn
- Track algorithm changes, trending audio and recent formats, and turn them into campaign ideas within 24–48 hoursn
- Present strategy and results to clients and own day-to-day client communicationn
- Review and mentor junior social media executivesn
