Role Overview The Account Manager (AM) will serve as the primary relationship owner for colleges enrolled in the CodeChef College Program. The AM acts as the strategic bridge between the college and CodeChef’s internal teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, smooth program execution, stakeholder engagement, revenue scale-up, and long-term retention. This is a high-ownership,



high-accountability role requiring strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, execution rigor, and the ability to drive outcomes both externally and internally. Note on Travel: This role requires being on the move. Expect to spend 60-70% of your time traveling to college Key Responsibilities Sales Closure & Onboarding Join the final stage meetings led by the BD team to support deal closure. Establish relationships with key stakeholders (HODs, faculty members, management). Ensure smooth onboarding post-signature. Coordinate with internal content teams once the college syllabus is shared. Ensure course creation aligned to the syllabus and delivered within committed timelines. 2. Program Execution & Monitoring Own all client communication (Email & WhatsApp). Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the college. Ensure weekly reports are sent to the college on time. Monitor timely execution of assessments by the su
