Position OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the hardware design and development of embedded electronic products, including IoT/IIoT/AIoT gateways, industrial automation controllers, edge-compute nodes, and related embedded systems .
The role involves translating system-level requirements or functional block diagrams into production-ready, manufacturable, certifiable, and field-reliable hardware products .
You will work closely with Firmware, Embedded Software, Mechanical, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing teams across the complete product lifecycle — from architecture and schematic design through PCB layout, prototyping, validation, certification, and production handover.
Key Responsibilities1. Circuit Design & Schematic Development
- Own circuit design from concept through final schematic,



including component selection, topology decisions, power, analog, digital, RF/wireless, and protection circuits .
- Develop detailed schematics and PCB footprints in accordance with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) principles.
- Manage and maintain component libraries, including symbols, footprints, and 3D models .
- Perform worst-case analysis, thermal calculations, power-budget analysis, and signal/power integrity checks before layout release.
- Ensure appropriate design margins, reliability, and component derating throughout the design.

2. End-to-End Product Design & Cross-Functional Delivery
- Own end-to-end hardware product development starting from a system block diagram or functional requirement provided by Architecture, Product, or Firmware teams.
- Translate system requirements into a detailed hardware design plan covering:
- Architecture partitioning
- Interface definitio
