About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Financials, with a focus on various financial modules. This role requires a deep understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

What You'll Do:

Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities.
Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Expenses, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and design solutions that meet business needs.
Prepare Functional Specifications and configuration documents to guide implementation.
Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT),



and Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions.
Support month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely financial reporting.
Perform data migration using FBDI/ADFDI tools to ensure accurate data transfer.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Work with Oracle Support on Service Requests (SRs) and product issues to ensure system stability.
Provide user training and post-go-live support to enhance user adoption and system utilization.
