The organization combines the expertise of experienced therapists with advanced AI technologies to address learning and developmental challenges faced by children with ASD. CognitiveBotics focuses on creating engaging, accessible, and individualized learning experiences that support skill-building and growth. This is a in office Special Educator role based in Hyderabad. The Special Educator will design and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and learning activities for children with ASD, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse needs and abilities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, tracking progress, and collaborating with therapists, caregivers, and internal teams to integrate CognitiveBotics' eLearning tools into daily instruction. The Special Educator will contribute to content development feedback, ensuring that AI-driven learning modules are pedagogically sound and inclusive.





Assess children with neurodevelopmental conditions (ASD, ADHD, ID, learning disabilities) and build Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) that use the platform's modules
Run and oversee intervention sessions at partner centres, schools and homes, making sure delivery stays consistent and on protocol
Onboard and train partners, therapists, special educators and parents to use the platform well
Track child progress data and prepare outcome reports for families, partners and internal teams
Give structured feedback to the product and content teams on module design, usability and effectiveness
B.Ed / D.Ed in Special Education, or equivalent, with valid RCI registration
~2–5 years of hands-on work with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
~ Working knowledge of evidence-based approaches such as ABA principles, structured teaching and developmental interventions
