Role OverviewAs a Sales Executive, you’ll be one of the primary faces of Nutcracklab to F&B; businesses.
You’ll own the sales journey from identifying the right prospects and starting conversations to understanding their challenges, presenting our products, negotiating commercials, and closing deals.
The journey you’ll own:
Lead Generation → Prospecting → Qualification → Discovery → Product Walkthrough → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing → Handover & Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting




- Identify and engage high-potential prospects across target markets
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Connect with relevant decision-makers and generate sales meetings

2. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Own the complete sales cycle from first contact to closure
- Qualify opportunities based on business need, authority, budget and fit
- Understand client challenges around planning, inventory, wastage, sales performance and operational efficiency
- Position the right Nutcracklab solution based on their requirements

3. Product Presentation
- Conduct clear, business-focused product walkthroughs and presentations
- Turn complex AI and analytics capabilities into simple commercial value
- Adapt conversations and pitches to different F&B; businesses and decision-makers

4. Negotiation & Closing
- Prepare and present proposals and commercial offers
- Handle objections, pricing discussions and negot
