Role Overview:
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow Gumlet’s customer relationships across the US and EU markets. You will own the customer journey from onboarding through renewals, ensuring customers achieve value from Gumlet while identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to successful adoption.
- Manage a portfolio of US & EU accounts and build solid, long-term customer relationships.
- Drive 100% renewal of assigned accounts through proactive engagement and value realization.
- Understand customer requirements, usage and business goals, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor account health, usage and engagement; proactively address risks and potential churn.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Support and Engineering teams to resolve customer requirements
- Maintain accurate account information, activities, opportunities and renewal timelines in CRM.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins/business reviews and identify opportunities to increase account value.
