Job Overview:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager – B2B Travel Sales to drive the growth of our franchise network. The role involves managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, pitching the Cox & Kings Franchise Business Model to prospective partners, and acting as the key link between franchisees and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for professionals with B2B travel sales or franchise development experience who enjoy relationship building, business pitching, and cross-functional coordination.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:




● Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, from lead generation to onboarding
● Qualify and evaluate franchise leads based on suitability, investment capacity, and potential
● Act as the first point of contact (POC) for prospective and existing franchise partners
● Present the Franchise Business Model to prospective partners and pitch the opportunity to closure
● Coordinate with vendors and internal teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product
● Maintain check and balance between franchisees and Operations, ensuring adherence to company guidelines
● Maintain franchise records, trackers, and data, and share regular overviews and reports with the Franchise Development Manager
● Support franchisees during onboarding and post-acquisition, and resolve coordination issues on time

Skills & Qualifications Required:
● Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing prefe
