The Role
As an Associate Consultant or Consultant in our India office, you will work as an integrated member of US- and Europe-based project teams — directly engaging global clients, contributing to live strategy engagements, and building deliverables that shape commercial and corporate decisions.
This is not a support or back-office role. You will own meaningful workstreams, present to clients, and operate with the same expectations as your US/Europe counterparts.



The role involves working partial overlap hours with US or European time zones a few days each week; work timing flexibility is provided.

Primary Resonsibilities
- Onboard rapidly to new engagements — internalize objectives, scope, and timelines, and integrate with the US/Europe project team from day one
- Conduct primary and secondary research in a time-bound manner
- Identify key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to inform corporate and commercial strategies
- Create and utilize analytical tools to support strategic decision-making
- Develop slides or memos effectively communicating results of analyses
- Prepare material for project meetings, workshops, and client presentations
- Proactively communicate progress, flag risks, and seek guidance from senior team members
- Demonstrate accountability for completion and high-quality delivery of all assigned responsibilities
