nThe Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Fashion Designer – Bridal & Couture with robust expertise in women’s Indian wear. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bridal and couture design, silhouettes, garment construction, embroidery, fabrics, and craftsmanship , and be able to take designs from concept to final product.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Develop original designs for bridal, couture, and occasion wear ,



including sarees, lehengas, anarkalis, sharara’s, kurtas, and contemporary fusion wear.n
- Conceptualize and execute seasonal and bridal collections in line with the brand aesthetic and current market trends.n
- Develop and refine silhouettes, patterns, garment construction, and fit from initial sketch to final product.n
- Create embroidery and digital print designs , working closely with artisans and vendors.n
- Collaborate with sampling, production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and timely launches.n
- Select fabrics and materials while managing design-related budgets and costs.n
- Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, fit, and finishing .n
- Conduct trend and market research to identify new design directions and opportunities.n
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a creative, collaborative team environment.n
