nRole: Accounts Receivable Lead – US Accounting
nLocation: On-site | Baroda, Gujarat
n️ Work Type: Full time | On-site
nShift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
nWorking Days: Monday to Friday

nWhat You’ll Do:
n
- n
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end AR process for US-based clientsn
- Generate and issue invoices accurately and on timen
- Monitor collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve payment discrepanciesn




- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain AR aging reportsn
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client requirementsn
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to streamline AR operationsn
- Train, guide, and support junior AR staff as neededn

n✅ Requirements:

- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CA Inter preferred)n
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in US AR operationsn
- Strong hands-on skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)n
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skillsn
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night shift environmentn
