nThe ideal candidate is someone who understands advertising, branding, social media, storytelling and filmmaking, and can take an idea from a brief all the way to the screen. A robust interest in films, screenwriting, pop culture and emerging social media formats is an added brownie point.

n*What we're looking for*
n• 2+ years of experience in advertising, digital content, social media or creative agencies
n• Proficient in both Telugu and English, with strong writing and conversational skills
n• Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats and trends
n• Ability to develop social media content strategies and content ideas
n• Passion for screenwriting, filmmaking and visual storytelling
n• Understanding of film production and the filmmaking process
n• Ability to write scripts that are creative, concise, conversational and visually executable
n• Ability to adapt writing styles across different brands, audiences and platforms




n• Comfortable working with directors, assistant directors, editors, designers, photographers and clients
n• Ability to take creative feedback and refine work without losing the core idea
n• Strong research skills and curiosity about brands, advertising, films, pop culture and internet culture
n• A portfolio of scripts, campaigns, social content or other creative work is preferred

n*Responsibilities*
n• Develop and execute social media content ideas for brands, from ideation and writing to filming and final execution
n• Write ad films, social media reels, digital campaigns, branded content, video scripts, dialogues, captions and campaign copy
n• Develop creative concepts based on client briefs, brand objectives and audience insights
n• Plan social media content pillars, formats and recurring content properties
n• Stay constantly updated with social media trends, memes, formats, creators and emerging conten
