nWe're hiring a Game Designer to help us build our next hybrid-casual puzzle hit.

nWhat You'll Do

- n
- Own level design end-to-end across a full progression curven
- Design and prototype hybrid-casual & puzzle mechanics from concept through to a playable buildn
- Develop concepts with solid fundamentals - goal, fail condition, depthn
- Review game feel - flow, pacing, sound, the details that mattern
- Collaborate directly with our developer and artist to get concepts into testing quickly, iterating on internal and external playtest feedbackn
- Analyze top-charting hybrid-casual and puzzle titles to source and validate current mechanicsn

nWhat We're Looking For

- n




- 3-5 years of mobile puzzle game design experience, with real ownership of a shipped title's level designn
- Proven level design ability - balanced, well-paced, intentionaln
- Proficient in Unityn
- Sharp eye for game feel and attention to detailn
- Strong ideation instincts - you think market, not just mechanicsn
- Genuine passion for playing and deconstructing mobile games, with a sharp, articulate eye for what makes a design workn
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analysis skillsn
