Role Description The Company Secretary at JV Ventures will be responsible for ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance for the organization and its portfolio entities, including maintaining company records, registers, and minutes in line with applicable laws.



The role involves preparing and filing necessary forms and documents with regulatory authorities, coordinating board and committee meetings, drafting agendas, resolutions, and minutes, and advising leadership on corporate governance matters. The Company Secretary will support the incorporation, restructuring, and closure of entities, manage share issuances and transfers, and maintain up-to-date secretarial documentation for investments and transactions. The role also includes liaison with legal, finance, external consultants, and regulators to ensure timely compliance and risk mitigation. This is a full time, on-site role based in Agra.
