nWe are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the face of our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front office operations efficiently while ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors and clients.

nKey Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional mannern
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsn
- Manage appointments, meetings, and bookingsn
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessaryn
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveriesn
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparationn
- Coordinate with internal departments whenever requiredn
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionallyn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n




- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferredn
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive is preferredn
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also applyn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsn
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email handling, and office equipmentn
- Good organizational and multitasking abilitiesn
- Professional appearance and positive attituden
- Ability to work in shiftsn
