- 4–5 years of experience in strategy/planning across brand, digital, or creative agenciesn
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools for trend analysis, insight mining, and presentation enhancement is an advantagen
- Deep understanding of brand constructs, consumer behaviour, and media ecosystemsn
- Confident client communicator with excellent storytelling and deck-building skillsn
- Strong leadership presence in internal and external discussionsn
- Ability to break down complex problems and frame solutions with clarityn
