Position Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Chief Sales Manager to lead and drive the organisation’s sales strategy, with a strong focus on Project Sales, Institutional Business, and Specification-led Sales .
The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with 15+ years of experience in adhesives, white cement, admixtures, waterproofing, construction chemicals, building materials, or allied industries , with a solid understanding of the project ecosystem and established relationships across architects, builders, PMC firms, contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders .
The role requires a commercially driven leader who can build high-value business pipelines, strengthen market presence, lead sales teams, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.




Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Leadership
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and business plan to achieve revenue, volume, margin, and market-share objectives.
Drive growth across Project Sales, Institutional Sales, Specification Sales, and Key Accounts .
Identify new markets, business opportunities, projects, and strategic accounts to expand the company's footprint.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and specification to commercial closure and order execution .
Build a strong and sustainable project pipeline through proactive market engagement.
Project & Specification Sales
Develop strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, PMCs, consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers .
Drive product specification and approvals with architects, consultants, PMCs, and project influencers.
Track major upcoming projects and ensure early engagement at the design
