Our client is hiring an Architectural Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the architectural team in delivering high-rise mixed-use projects, ensuring design quality, technical coordination, BIM compliance, and timely project execution

nResponsibilities:

- n
- Manage architects, BIM modellers, and drafting teams.n
- Oversee architectural design development and technical documentation.n
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and project management teams.n
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.n
- Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and QA/QC standards.n
- Support BIM coordination, clash resolution, and constructability reviews.n
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site issuesn

nRequirements:
n
- n
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.n
- 7 - 10 years of experience in contracting/Construction companies, including min 3 years as a team leadern
- Solid experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.n
- Proficiency in: Revit, Autodeskn
- Strong leadership, coordination, and technical skillsn
