n✅ ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management
n✅ Linux/Unix & Shell/Python Scripting
n✅ REST APIs & Webhooks
n✅ Log Analysis & RCA

nPolarion / ALM Platforms
nAWS
nDocker / Kubernetes
nTerraform / Ansible
nMonitoring & Observability
