Workplace Type: On-Site (Dedicated Office / Work Hub in Bengaluru) Compensation: ₹20,000 Fixed/Month + Uncapped High Incentives for Site Visit & Closed Booking Experience: 2–3 Years in Real Estate Outbound Telecalling & Inside Sales The Role Drive high-velocity phone outreach and lock in confirmed weekend site visits across Bengaluru for Grade-A residential developments (₹1.25 Cr+ inventory from Prestige, Sobha, Brigade, Godrej). This is a full time, office-based sales role designed for an energetic dialer. You will work directly out of our office to drive outbound calling across high-intent investor and homebuyer databases, re-engage past inquiry pipelines, qualify fresh digital ad leads, and maintain persistent follow-up cadences until site visits are confirmed. Key Responsibilities High-Volume Outbound Dialing: Dial through targeted buyer databases, cold investor pools, and previously inquired prospects (target: 90–120+ calls/day). Aggressive Site Visit Lock-In:



Qualify requirements (budget, location, configuration) and book firm, slot-confirmed weekend site visits for our on-ground property closers. Database Re-engagement: Reactivate stagnant pipelines by pitching new inventory launches, exclusive builder pre-launch allocations, and revised payment schemes. Rapid Inbound Lead Qualification: Immediately respond to fresh digital leads coming through our CRM and gauge buyer seriousness. Daily Follow-Up Cadences: Execute structured call and follow-up schedules to ensure active leads never drop off without a clear disposition. CRM Discipline: Log accurate call dispositions, notes, objections, and scheduled dates directly into Cratio CRM in real time. What We Are Looking For Experience: 2–3 years of direct outbound telecalling / inside sales experience specifically in Bengaluru residential real estate .
