Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Hospitality to lead multi-outlet restaurant, banquet and event operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P&L; management, MIS, budgeting, food costing, business development and operational excellence , with a proven ability to create seamless and consistent operations across multiple outlets.

- Lead and oversee operations across multiple restaurants, banquets and event venues .n
- Drive revenue, profitability and overall business performance across all outlets.n
- Manage and review P&L;, MIS, budgets, forecasts and operational KPIs .n
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, inventory, wastage and manpower costs .n
- Plan and execute banquets, events, corporate functions and special occasions .n
- Identify and develop current business opportunities and additional revenue streams .n
- Develop, implement and monitor SOPs across all outlets to ensure consistency and seamless operations.n
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service,



hygiene and guest experience .n
- Lead, mentor and develop restaurant, banquet, kitchen and operational teams .n
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Procurement teams to achieve business objectives.n
- Conduct regular operational reviews and implement corrective and process-improvement measures .n

nCandidate Profile

- n
- 12–18+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, clubs, banquets or events.n
- Proven experience in managing multiple restaurant/hospitality outlets .n
- Strong understanding of P&L;, MIS, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls .n
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing, inventory and cost optimization .n
- Experience in banquet and event planning, execution and commercial management .n
- Proven ability to create and implement SOPs across multiple outlets.n
- Strong business development and revenue-generation capa
