Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Company Secretary with 2–3 years of experience to join our Secretarial & Compliance team . This role focuses on secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013,



alongside regulatory compliance and monitoring across our multi-entity financial services group—spanning Stock Broking, Depository Participant (DP), Merchant Banking, Asset Management (AMC), Mutual Fund/PMS/AIF Distribution, and Insurance.
You will ensure full regulatory alignment with SEBI, Stock Exchanges (NSE/BSE), Depositories (CDSL/NSDL), IRDAI, AMFI, and the ROC.

Key Responsibilities
1. Secretarial Compliances & Corporate Governance
- Prepare agendas, board notes, resolutions, and detailed minutes for Board, Committee, and General Meetings across the parent company and group entities.
- Maintain statutory registers, track share transfers/allotments, handle charge filings, and manage all MCA/ROC e-filings (MGT-7, AOC-4, PAS-3, DIR-12, etc.).
- Ensure secretarial compliance with ICSI Secretarial Standards (SS-1 & SS-2) and coordinate secretarial audits.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Exchange Monitoring
- Capital Markets (Broking, DP, Merchant Banking): Track and execute daily/m
