We are looking for a Client Acquisition Professional – BPO at Delhi to drive new business growth.
n

nThis is a pure Individual Contributor role for a strong B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, creating opportunities and closing new business.
n

nThe person will personally own the new-logo acquisition charter — from identifying target accounts and opening conversations to solution discussions, commercial negotiations and deal closure.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Own end-to-end new client acquisition for BPO and Customer Experience solutions.n
- Build and independently manage a robust pipeline of new logos across Delhi-NCR and other strategic markets.n
- Identify target accounts and proactively engage CXOs, Business Heads, Operations Heads, Customer Experience leaders and Procurement stakeholders.n
- Generate opportunities through hunting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, industry connects and existing relationships.n
- Understand client business challenges and position relevant BPO / CX solutions.n




- Drive the complete sales lifecycle:n
- Prospecting → Qualification → Discovery → Solutioning → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure n
- Work closely with internal Operations, Solutioning, Finance and Leadership teams to create client proposals and commercials.n
- Lead client presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.n
- Own revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of new-business acquisition goals.n
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel with accurate forecasting and regular pipeline reviews.n
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and create opportunities for account expansion post acquisition.n
- Track competitor activity, market movements and emerging BPO / CX opportunities.n
- Ensure a seamless handover of won accounts to the delivery/operations team while remaining engaged during the initial transition.n
