Role Description The Inside Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for overseeing the inside sales function, including managing a team of sales representatives, setting daily priorities, and ensuring consistent follow-up with leads and prospective learners.



The role involves monitoring lead pipelines, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, coordinating outreach campaigns, and driving conversions for Cyberyami’s courses, boot camps, and training programs. The Team Lead will coach and mentor team members, track performance against targets, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize customer acquisition and retention. The role also includes resolving escalated customer service issues, maintaining accurate CRM records, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess robust Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience managing pipelines, qualifying leads, and meeting enrollment or revenue targets.
