The Delivery Lead is the most senior role in the Social & Search Operations team. You own the business — revenue, client outcomes, team performance, and the operating model that ties it all together.
Each pod is an Account Manager and one or more Associates. You sit above all pods — accountable for what every pod delivers, for the commercial health of the client portfolio,



and for the team's growth as professionals.
This role exists because the team is scaling a significant mandate: taking over client-facing campaign operations from a CS function, building toward full end-to-end ownership of enterprise recruitment advertising accounts. Own the revenue number for the Social & Search Operations practice — renewals, upsells, and current business contributions
Oversee all client pods — review account health across the portfolio, identify risk accounts, and intervene when needed
Present portfolio-level performance and strategy to senior client stakeholders (C-suite, VP-level) on key accounts
Lead quarterly business reviews for strategic accounts alongside or on behalf of AMs
Partner with Sales on enterprise pitches and proposals — you bring the performance marketing credibility
Hire, onboard, and develop AMs and Associates — including defining role clarity, setting performance expectations, and running
