Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented AIDC Sales Executives to drive business development, customer acquisition and revenue growth across assigned markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, building sales pipelines and consistently achieving individual revenue targets of ₹4–5 Crores annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Barcode, RFID, AIDC, Mobility and Auto-ID solutions.
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, pharma, retail, FMCG, warehousing and other relevant industries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and requirement identification to proposal, negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers and key accounts.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate AIDC/technology solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product/solution presentations, demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. Consistently achieve ₹4–5 Crores annual individual sales/revenue target. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain regular sales reports, CRM updates and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development.
