This is a Python-first Backend Developer role. Strong hands-on production experience with Python and FastAPI is mandatory.

Product/SaaS company experience is preferred , particularly candidates from product-led companies, SaaS companies, or high-growth startups who have built and scaled production systems.

Education / Company Background




- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed engineering institute such as IITs, NITs, or BITS Pilani.
- OR prior experience at a reputed product company , high-growth startup, or leading technology organization.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of hands-on backend engineering experience building and shipping production-grade systems — not academic projects or toy applications.
- Strong production experience with Python backend development , including hands-on experience building APIs/services using FastAPI, Django, Flask, or equivalent Python backend frameworks .
- Backend architecture skills are essential , with hands-on experience designing scalable systems, microservices, distributed systems, APIs, databases, caching, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies , including LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents, MCP, semantic search, or AI-powered backend workflows .
