Role Overview
Managix Technology & Management Services LLP is looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Corporate & Inside Sales to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth.
The role will focus on identifying corporate opportunities, reaching decision-makers, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, building relationships, obtaining referrals from existing clients and converting opportunities into business.
This is a sales-driven role with direct responsibility for developing current clients and growing Managix's business.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new corporate and institutional business opportunities.
- Identify relevant decision-makers within prospective organisations.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and existing relationships.




- Introduce Managix's services and capabilities to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings, discovery calls, presentations and business discussions.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable services and solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with management, technical and operations teams for proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Seek references and introductions from existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify additional and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Track relevant RFQs, RFPs, projects and upcoming corporate requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead, meeting, follow-up and opportunity information in the CRM.
- Support commercial discussions and negotiations to help close deals.
