As a Localization Manager, you will coordinate multilingual projects that help digital products reach users across global markets.
You will manage localization projects for apps, games, websites, and software while balancing quality, deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
Working with translators, editors, and clients across different countries and time zones, you will keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
The role combines language expertise with technical thinking, organization, communication, and an interest in modern localization technologies.
You will work with CAT tools, translation management systems, spreadsheets, and AI-enabled workflows to support productive project delivery.
With training and mentorship, the position is designed to help you develop into a professional Localization Project Manager within 6–12 months.

- Learn and implement CAT tools, TMS platforms, and AI-assisted localization workflows.
- Support the continuous improvement and optimization of AI-enhanced localization processes.
- Identify and address project risks, delays, quality issues, and other delivery challenges.
