ABOUT XENONSTACK

XenonStack is a Data and AI Foundry for Agentic Systems, enabling enterprises to design, deploy, operate, and scale intelligent agents across digital and physical environments.

We build enterprise-grade platforms across the agentic stack:

Akira AI - Reasoning and agent orchestration. Turn models into team-oriented, policy-governed agents that learn and act together.

ElixirData - Agentic analytics intelligence. Explainable, decision-centric analytics for measurable business outcomes.

NexaStack - Agentic infrastructure automation. Secure, compliant AI deployment across cloud, edge, and on-prem.

MetaSecure - Trust, compliance and defense. Continuous assurance with AI-BOMs, risk scoring, and agentic security.

Our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to AI + Human Intelligence by making agentic systems reliable,

responsible, and enterprise-ready.

WHO WE BUILD FOR

We work directly with enterprise customers who are building AI - across every industry. Because the platforms are our own, we sit with their CTOs, CDOs and Heads of AI on how AI actually gets built, deployed and scaled inside their business, not as an outside advisor but as the team behind the platform.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment across engineering and go-to-market roles. You will hire AI engineers, data engineers, platform engineers, and enterprise sales talent - roles where the candidate pool is small, the bar is high, and the best people are not applying to job boards.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will source, screen, schedule, and close. You will not be handed a pipeline.

ROLE MISSION

Build a repeatable hiring engine that consistently delivers qual
