Requirements
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to design, develop, and enhance HR-related ABAP solutions across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes.



The role requires solid hands-on expertise in ABAP HR development, payroll integration, and employee data replication, with the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned to SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance ABAP HR objects (RICEF) including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
- Develop and customize HR-specific ABAP developments, including processing of logical databases, infotypes, payroll functions, and HR forms.
- Create and maintain custom infotypes and HR enhancements to address business-specific requirements.
- Build and support interfaces between SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and SAP ECC/ECP Payroll, ensuring accurate employee and payroll data replication.
- Support employee master data replication, troubleshoot replication issues, and perform detailed error analysis.
- Develop and maintain Remuneration Statements / Salary Slips using Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
