Job Description
- Work on GDS for Flight, Hotel, and Car Booking, including NDC Booking, GDS Queues management, LCC booking, and Rail booking.




- Assist US Based Corporate Travelers and VIPs with customer service-related concerns via inbound calls and email communication.
- Communicate with vendors (Hotels, Airlines, and Car Rental Companies) through outbound calls.
- Provide end-to-end travel solutions during US business hours.

Skill Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comprehension of US and UK accents.
- Proficiency in one or more GDS systems (Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, and Apollo).
- Thorough understanding of International/US Domestic Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds, Hotel, and Car booking.
- Positive knowledge about OBT (Preferred – KAYAK.)
- Efficient knowledge of IATA World Geography, including TC Areas, Global Indicator, and Type of Journey.
- Ability to interpret Fare calculation lines on GDS ticket images.
- Capability to perform Manual fare calculations for Partial Exchange and Partial Refund scenarios.
