Job Description

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, cabling, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company in person and over a call
Setting up new user accounts, permissions and assist with on-boarding
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.




Ability to manage and monitor monthly/weekly/daily backups of data
Executing backup and restoration process
Configure, implement, and troubleshoot routers and switches with various account settings, permissions, and parameters including security firewalls.Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
