- Must have worked on Risk Governance and Control within Cybersecurity for at least 8 to 10 years
- Ability to independently do assessment of controls, craft solution and drive adoption across teams.
- Ability to formulate adoption of any policies and control framework.
- Positive communication skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
