Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Team Lead to manage end-to-end client onboarding and conversion activities within the Middle Office Reconciliation Onboarding function. The role is accountable for translating business requirements into scalable reconciliation solutions, directing system and data readiness, overseeing testing and production deployment, managing delivery risks, and ensuring a controlled transition to business-as-usual operations.
The candidate will lead onboarding specialists and work closely with investment managers, custodians, fund administrators, business teams, technology partners, and reconciliation operations. Strong expertise in middle office reconciliation, data analysis, data mapping, TLM/TLP reconciliation platforms, project delivery, people leadership, and stakeholder management is required.

The Middle Office Reconciliation Onboarding team supports the implementation of recent investment managers and funds onto State Street’s reconciliation platforms.



The Team Lead provides day-to-day delivery leadership and serves as the central coordination and escalation point across business, operations, technology, clients, and external data providers.
The role is critical to ensuring that cash, position, transaction, and market-value reconciliation requirements are accurately designed, configured, tested, deployed, and handed over to operations. It also promotes consistent delivery standards, effective risk management, team capability, process scalability, and a controlled, low-risk transition into live reconciliation services.
