Job Description

1. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our consultancy services and identify opportunities for collaboration.

2. Lead Generation: Source and develop new leads through various channels, such as online research, databases, and referrals.

3. Client Outreach: Communicate with prospective clients via telephone to understand their legal and financial needs and align our services accordingly.

4. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting qualified leads into clients.

5. Database Management:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients and leads in the CRM system.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changes in legal and financial regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation strategies and implement targeted campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, preferably within the legal and compliance industry, is an advantage.
